I first fell in love with Neurosurgery as a new RN working in the operating room at Methodist Hospital. There is just something awe inspiring to witness an aneurysm clipping or spinal decompression and fusion. Continuing in my professional career, I was fortunate to diagnose and treat patients with neck and back pain, helping them to obtain improved quality of life. I am a mother of three sons and my husband and I like to attend MLB games with our youngest son and watch him play baseball and enjoy various other outdoor activities.
