Goodman Campbell Recognized as a 2023 Top Workplace!

The award is based on employee feedback on an organization’s culture, mission, goals and values. Goodman Campbell has achieved the Top Workplace designation 7 out of the last 8 years because of staff commitment to patient care and responsibility to professionally and personally support each other. Below are a few examples from the survey and Goodman Campbell leadership.

The values at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine are Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Excellence, Balance, Communication and Sustainability. Using each of these values, patient care is at the forefront of everything we do. Those we hire, support that patient-centric focus at all levels, even if they don’t directly interact with patients. One team member recently said “We are constantly centering all of our decisions around patient care. I love that we have never lost sight of this mission. The patient should always be at the center of what we do.” 

Most telling, a number of employee comments included being part of an organization which is inclusive, supportive and progressive. Other responses highlighted the availability of continuing education, opportunities for growth, and fostering an environment that values a healthy work-life balance.

President Dr. Jean-Pierre Mobasser stated, “Goodman Campbell has actively worked to create a positive and collaborative work environment. Being named a 2023 Top Workplace affirms that we are accomplishing just that. We continue to emphasize the importance of creating a great patient experience and providing superlative patient care. In order to achieve this, it is critical that all of our employees feel connected to that mission. Our entire team is committed to our purpose of healing patients, and values the teamwork necessary to do it.”
