Our Culture of Ownership Continues!

For the the third consecutive year Goodman Campbell has achieved the Indy Star Top Workplace.

Continuing a long tradition of excellence, we are excited to announce that Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine has again been named a 2022 Indy Star Top Workplace! Executive Director, Derek Cantrell, explained “We are consistently striving to make Goodman Campbell a place where employees can pursue and realize the best versions of themselves in the workplace. We know that engaged team members choose to put in effort, commit to the mission, desire an inclusive culture and seek opportunities to grow.”

The award is based on employee feedback on an organization’s culture, mission, goals and values. Goodman Campbell has achieved the Top Workplace designation 6 out of the last 7 years because of staff commitment to patient care and responsibility to professionally and personally support each other. “This award acknowledges our 50 year legacy of fostering an authentic culture through purposeful actions that convey collaboration, respect and a shared vision of excellence. We truly value every interaction we have – with our patients and each other. Our team is at the heart of all we do as an organization, and every team member has the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients,” according to Rebecca Ruegg Cowan, Director of Operations.

Goodman Campbell emphasizes a dynamic and collaborative work environment. President and neurosurgeon, Jean-Pierre Mobasser shared “We have worked hard to create a culture that values every team member and this award is evidence that this hard work is achieving the desired goal. Thank you to everyone at Goodman Campbell who helps provide the best patient care experience possible.”
