Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine Named 2020 Top Workplace

Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine was recently recognized as a 2020 Top Workplace based on a survey by Energage in partnership with IndyStar. The recognition is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey that measures 15 drivers of engaged work cultures.

Our practice was recognized in the mid-size company category, but our scores placed us among the top workplace cultures, of any size, out of those organizations surveyed. Our employees highly rated Goodman Campbell in the following categories:

  • Employees believe Goodman Campbell is moving in the right direction
  • Employees believe they are genuinely appreciated
  • Employees feel that Goodman Campbell operates by strong values
  • Employees feel they are part of something meaningful

“We are very excited to be considered a Top Workplace in Indiana,” said Goodman Campbell President Dr. Jean-Pierre Mobasser. “We have worked diligently to create a culture that includes hard work, camaraderie, and a meaningful mission. Everyone at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine feels that they are a part of something that provides a true value to society, and we as human beings need that right now.”

Director of Operations Audra Frezza also believes the honor belongs to Goodman Campbell employees themselves. “Providing the highest level of care is at the center of everything we do and hiring and retaining the most talented and dedicated employees allow us to provide it,” she said. “This designation is a reflection of our culture and belief in our Goodman Campbell team.”

Executive Director Derek Cantrell noted that the nature of our mission is at least part of what makes working at Goodman Campbell so meaningful. “We strive to offer a workplace of strong values like respect, integrity, and compassion,” he said. “Caring for patients with neurosurgical disorders offers our employees an opportunity to have a meaningful impact in other people’s lives and their own. We are honored to be chosen a top workplace in Indiana.”
