Jeffrey Crecelius, MD

Dr. Jeffrey Crecelius completed undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Kentucky, both earned with highest distinction, from 1973 to 1980. He then completed his neurosurgery residency at Henry Ford Hospital in 1986. After two years at Neurosurgical Associates in Lexington, Kentucky, he joined Arnett Clinic in Lafayette where he served from 1988 to 2008. In 2008 he joined Indianapolis Neurosurgical Group while continuing his practice in Lafayette, which later became Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine. In July of 2018, he moved to Waukesha, WI, to start a Goodman Campbell office at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Crecelius has served on the boards of directors at both the Arnett Clinic and Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine. He has been chair of the local institutional review board, and served on the local hospital ethics and trauma committees. He has voluntarily participated in Maintenance of Certification for the American Board of Neurosurgery. 

Through his practice, Dr. Crecelius also helped introduce several procedures to Lafayette, including cervical and lumbar spinal instrumentation, framed and frameless brain and spinal navigation, minimally invasive spine surgery, and nonpharmacologic venous thrombosis prophylaxis.
