We remain dedicated and focused on being able to provide our patients with the highest level of care, in the safest and most efficient manner possible. We are staying abreast with current CDC guidelines as well as State and Federal Guidelines.
We have made some changes to our processes to ensure we are doing all we can to keep our patients, physicians and employees safe. As your appointment approaches, if you are not feeling well or believe you been directly exposed to COVID-19, please call our office and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. 317-396-1300
All of our offices remain open to see patients. Virtual appointments are also available dependent on your reason for visit. Please do not hesitate to inquire about rescheduling your visit to virtual if you feel that better suits your needs. If your reason for visit can be effectively performed by a virtual appointment, we will be happy to accommodate that request and guide you through that easy process.
Patients must wear a protective mask in the clinic. Please plan to bring a mask to your visit. If you do not have a mask available, we are happy to provide one for your use.
Arriving for your clinic appointment
As you arrive for your visit, our front desk team will check your temperature and verify you are not currently experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. Our waiting rooms have been modified to accommodate social distancing and hand sanitizer stations are available for your use.
Please limit additional visitors to one person. We appreciate that this may affect our patients but feel the change is necessary to protect everyone present in our clinic offices.
All of our offices continue to be sanitized throughout the day as well as ensuring hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the building.
