Neurolysis: Neurolysis is the destruction of nerves or nerve tissue or the freeing of a nerve from inflammatory adhesions by radio frequency, heat, and cutting or by chemical injection.

Traumatic Brain Injury: The result of physical trauma to the head or scalp causing damage to the brain. This damage can be focal (restricted to a single area of the brain), or diffuse (affecting more than one region of the brain).
