HOW DO I REFER A PATIENT?
Most physicians refer patients to Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine after an initial work up that often includes a physical examination, lab work, and CT and MRI scans.
- If your patient suffers from back, hip, or leg pain, please consult our Spine Triage Chart.
The information from the patient’s work up is sent to our office and is reviewed by one of our physicians prior to the patient's appointment.
To refer a patient to Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine, you may contact us by phone or fax.
When you contact us, please let us know if you would like us to contact your office to set up the patient's appointment or if you would like us to contact the patient directly.

What happens after my patient's visit with Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine?
Referring physicians will receive a timely and complete consultation report from Goodman Campbell. We encourage physicians to call the Goodman Campbell provider with any questions.
