From the north: Take Meridian/US 31 southbound. Turn right onto the first street after West Carmel Drive/126th St. Office is in Building A and is in the same building as Midwest Fertility and Urology of Indiana. Surface parking is available in the back of the buildings.
From the south, east and west: Take I-465 north to Exit 31 (North Meridian/US 31). Turn onto Meridian St./US 31 and travel north approximately 2 miles to West Carmel Drive and turn left (you will have to travel past our building as there is not a turn lane in the median). At the first street - Frontage Road - turn left and follow this road to Building A. Office is in the same building as Midwest Fertility and Urology of Indiana. Parking is located in the back of the buildings.
